Neighborhood Dues are $75 per family, $25 seniors 65 and older per year.
Your dues fund events designed to foster community spirit, such as the annual Block Party, Tree Lighting/Holiday Social, and Halloween Safe Street. The Association also focuses on the neighborhoods traffic, safety, and beautification issues. The association also funds a $500 annual scholarship to a Tuckahoe High School senior who resides in Bronxville Manor.
